💦 Pool is serviced every Thursday via the side yard gate. 🦟 Florida’s tropical weather can bring mosquitoes—use citronella and keep doors closed. 🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. 🎉 No parties, events, or pets allowed. 👶 Keep the pool safety fence closed when not in use. 🍖 Charcoal grill uses non-chemical charcoal only. 🔥 If the propane tank runs out, swap it and send us the receipt for reimbursement. 🗑️ Trash pickup: Monday & Thursday mornings — please place bins by the curb the night before. 🚗 Parking: Fits up to 4 cars comfortably, with a driveway large enough for a boat trailer.

Private driveway fits up to 4 cars (and a boat trailer). Rideshares are easy, but having a car is best. Quick drive to Black Point Marina, The Berry Farms, and Monkey Jungle—about 30 mins to Downtown Miami, South Beach, and the Keys.
