• 💦 Pool Maintenance: Our pool technician visits once a week to keep the water clean and sparkling. They access the backyard through the side gate — no need to be home. • 🌿 Florida Nature: We love our tropical environment, but it also means occasional visits from small local critters like lizards or insects. The home is professionally treated regularly, and we kindly ask that you keep doors closed and avoid leaving food outside. • 🚭 No Smoking or Parties: For everyone’s comfort, smoking and parties are not allowed anywhere on the property. • 🕒 Quiet Hours: Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10 PM. • 🗑 Trash & Recycling: Collection days are Tuesday and Friday mornings for trash, and Friday for recycling. Please place bins curbside the night before and return them after pickup.
